I’m usually careful about what I spend, so I was happy that this felt worth the money. It’s not something I’d want to overpay for, but for what I paid, I’m satisfied

I was charged the right amount in the end, but I’ll admit the taxes threw me off at first. It wasn’t immediately clear how everything was being calculated, so I had to look it over a couple of times. Thankfully, once I figured it out, everything added up correctly. I was relieved in the end, but that first moment of confusion was a little stressful.

I barely slept because the bed was awful. The mattress felt old and worn out, and the pillows were completely flat. Whoever runs this really needs to take a look at the basics, because a decent bed should not be too much to ask for.

The bed was really comfortable, so I slept well, which was the main thing for me. That said, the room did feel cramped. It’s probably fine if you’re just there for a night or mostly out exploring, but I think it would feel too small for a longer stay or if you have a lot of luggage.

The app has way too many glitches. Things freeze or don’t load properly, and then I keep getting asked to verify myself over and over again, which gets really frustrating. I don’t mind security, but having to repeat the same verification steps so often makes the whole experience feel annoying and unreliable.

I was grateful for how quiet the room was overall, which made it easy to relax. There was a bit of noise from the hallway at night, but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, I appreciated the comfortable stay.

Overall, it was easy enough to use. Compared to a lot of other checkout experiences I’ve tried, this one was straightforward, but it did freeze once when I got to the payment step. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying.

Booked through radissonhotels.com, i was kind of surprised by how much basic upkeep the place needed. The staff were nice enough, I’ll give them that, but the room just felt tired. The bathroom fittings were loose, the shower took forever to drain, and then I noticed the carpet looked old and stained too. Also, random thing, but one of the lights kept flickering, which got annoying fast. And the air con rattled all night, so sleep was not great. I mentioned the issues, but nothing really got fixed while I was there. For what I paid, I expected a room that felt cleaner and better maintained. I wouldn’t stay here again

The bed was clean enough, so that part was fine. But this is where it got annoying: the bathroom had some dust and hair that made it feel like it hadn’t been cleaned very well. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could’ve been better

My first impression of the place was decent, nice vibe and the restaurant seemed well put together. The food was okay overall, nothing amazing but definitely fine. The main downside was the bar service, since the drinks took a lot longer than expected. Not a bad spot, just wish that part had been quicker.

I had to cancel my booking, and the cancellation itself wasn’t too hard. That said, the refund took longer than they originally told me it would. Support did reply, but it was a bit slow compared to how things used to be. I did get my money back in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not as smooth as I expected.

I ended up using my points and got upgraded, which was a nice surprise. It felt like one of those little wins, like getting a better seat on a flight, finding extra fries at the bottom of the bag, or realizing your hotel room has a better view than expected. The whole thing was easy, and it made the experience feel a bit more special without having to pay extra. Definitely glad I saved up the points for this.

Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. It was a bit busy, so I had to wait for a little while, but they got my room sorted quickly once it was my turn. Nothing major to complain about at all — it was a nice, positive start to the stay

They did sort it out in the end, but i didn’t feel like I could really count on customer service. Replies took a while, and I had to explain the same problem twice, which made it feel like no one was actually paying attention the first time.

Stayed at the Radisson and tried the breakfast. To be fair, it wasn’t bad, but it also didn’t really stand out. The coffee was actually good, which I appreciated, but the eggs were a bit cold and there wasn’t a huge variety to choose from. I think it would be much better if they had fresher options and kept the hot food warmer.

The pool and gym were super handy to have during my stay. It was really nice being able to relax with a swim or get in a quick workout without having to go anywhere else.

I only stayed for one night, but the bathroom was better than I expected. I’m always a little worried about hotel photos being misleading, so I pretty much check the bathroom first thing when I walk in. Thankfully, this one didn’t feel like I’d been fooled at all. The shower was clean, there was no weird smell, the towels were fresh, and the sink area looked well taken care of. Hot water came quickly too. Overall, it made me feel comfortable right away and I really didn’t have any complaints.

We just stayed here recently, and the location is what I remember most. It was so handy being close to the shops and the metro, especially for a short trip where we didn’t want to waste time getting around. Everything felt easy and low-stress. Based on this stay, I’d probably book it again.

The staff were really nice and helpful whenever we asked for something, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the service felt a little slow at times, and it kind of made us feel like we were losing time we could’ve spent enjoying the rest of our day. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do think they could be a bit more on top of things

Had a really smooth check-out at the Radisson. The guy at the front desk found my booking in about a minute, the bill was clear, and I didn’t have to wait around. I was in a bit of a rush, so I really appreciated how simple everything was. I’d definitely stay again.
